The site addresses change in the school system, but many lessons are applicable to change in general.

Organizational Development (OD) Portal

Excellent portal to useful books and links on change leadership.

your desktop, or chat. The virtual world has arrived.

Zoomerang

The best tool - period - for surveys or training. Captures responses,
provide charts, and allows you to download to Excel. Limited use is free, but even unlimited use is inexpensive. It just doesn't pay to develop a survey or quiz in-house.

Possibly the best site around on geography and history, from
a middle school teacher named Mr. Dowling. This is the link to
the Rome section, but the site covers all over the world
(throughout history).

Excellent FAQ site for anyone researching the Roman Empire.

The Romans Page

This one's from Coolmine Community School in Dublin Ireland.

The "Best of" Edward Gibbon's Decline and Fall
of the Roman Empire

Gibbon's book is comprehensive but overwhelming. This site makes it easy to look up key sections by topic. It's fully indexed, making it
valuable for research.

Hall History

Search for "Leadership Lessons" under the "Books" category. As the
site says, the most comprehensive History portal. It does not lie.

Excellent portal to all kinds of books on history - Browsable by topic.

This site is so good, it warrants being listed twice (under the Roman Empire section and here). Useful for anyone researching lessons
from history.
